They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.

First of all, if I could, none of the stars would be lit. This is the most horrible experience I've ever had with a Doctor. I've been having a lot of hearing troubles here lately. It feels like I have cotton in both ears, I have constant postnasal drip, & I hear a "whoosh, whoosh, whoosh" noise at random times. I was referred to Dr. Little with hopes that he would be able to help me out. This has been going on for a little over a year now. During my amazing trip to see Dr. Little (dripping with sarcasm), I was told that nothing was wrong and that I was going to have to learn to deal with my problems. My left ear has given me the most trouble. He was sitting on my right side. With that being said, he made me turn my head all the way around to look into my left ear. Yeah...pretty lazy. Dr. Little told me that the noise I was hearing was my heartbeat (ok, but why?). He had me get up and jump around in his office for 5 minutes to get my heart rate up. (you can't make this stuff up, people) After jumping around like an IDIOT, he came back in and asked me if the noise was going on. Of course it wasn't. I tried to tell him that it happens at random times. (sorry for the length) The final diagnosis? Come back in a couple of weeks for an allergy test.
I went to Dr. Leslie Baker at The University of Tennessee Medical Center for a 2nd opinion! (she's an angel) Come to find out, I have a deviated septum and I have Sensorineural Hearing Loss in BOTH ears. That's why my hearing is muffled...I'M LOOSING MY HEARING!! I can't hear low tones with either ear. Dr. Little told me that my hearing was really good. Dr. Baker told me that eventually I would have a hearing aid; therefore, I have to go back once a year for a hearing test to keep it in check. Now, what would happen if I would've went with Dr. Little's diagnosis?? Dr. Baker also said that the reason I'm hearing that "whooshing" noise could be one of two things: 1. my temporal bone is too thin and I'm hearing my heart beat or 2. my carotid artery is clogged and my heart is trying to push my blood through so hard that every time it goes through I hear it. I'll never go back to Dr. Little again.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
