I was a little disappointed with how uninviting the examining rooms were. They should have made more of an effort to make the examining rooms inviting to children. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They tried to make the waiting room kid-friendly with a few toys and magazines, but they didn't really have anything my kids were interested in.

The waiting room had TV's, toys and magazines. It was pretty well-stocked and my child did not get bored. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all.
