Dr. Bob has been my pediatrician for all three of my children. I started using him 14 years ago with my oldest and have never regretted a moment. He has been there through thick and thin (ear infections, strep, bronchitis, etc...). He is a great doctor and has always been very informative and easy to talk to. My kids love him as well... hard to not like a doctor that the kids will go to without pushing and shoving.

All the parents in my community really don't respect them. They all told me to avoid going to Robert Eiseman, MD. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me.

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Does the pediatrician interact with both you and your child during appointments?
Absolutely! They respect my child's individuality and always address both of us
Did the pediatrician ever make you feel uncomfortable or stupid for asking for additional details?
Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I trust them over any other doctor I've ever been to. I'm never unsure of their motives, and I've never doubted that they've always had my child's best interest at heart. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I appreciate that they've never over-treated my child. I've had some doctors that want to run really expensive tests or make you get an X-Ray for a very common illness, but they don't do that here.
