They called me with my test results fairly quickly. I was happy with their promptness. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.

They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
