They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate.
