I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette.
