The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned from the latest studies and events, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Dr. D's advice for a biopsy even tho' the radiologist felt I could wait revealed a breast malignancy. I am now cancer free due to early detection as Dr. D's insistence. They are the best!
