I really felt comfortable and secure in their care. The equipment was safe and well taken care of and appeared to be pretty sophisticated. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible.

Not really, some questions went unanswered

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

Yes, and waited for me to answer before coming in
