Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.

I have been going to Dr. Richards for awhile now. I don't know how he puts up with me. I am not a good patient. Most Dr's would tell me to go get another care taker. Without a doubt I know I push the limit at times even though I know he is right.
Teresa his nurse is a peach & so is the rest of the staff.
If he is taking new patient's you would be making a great choice.
No one is perfect but he is about as close as you can get to perfect.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait but they will get back to me to answer my concerns. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still impressed with their phone etiquette. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.
