One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. I was able to relax during my appointment here. The reception appears to be somewhat "job oriented", rather than "people oriented". After registration there is no contact to makes sure you are comfortable and at ease and the wait time is much too long. Once you get in to see the doctor you get her undivided attention and care. I will with no question recommend them to everyone I know in need of an internist. I was so pleased with their high quality of care.

I spend a little too much time in the waiting room, I was hoping to be seen sooner. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, She was among the best I have seen. kind & herd me out.
I was in bad pain for 16 weeks , no one could find what was wrong, she sent me for test, the doctor told me of gluten , I have droped it from my food , no more pain in my lower r. side .She did fix me , that sayed it all.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They were friendly and gracious the entire appointment Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I feel that the receptionists could be a little more cheerful when you enter the front door, afterall, this gives the first impression.

There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.
