They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. Dr. Friesen has changed since I first started seeing him, he cares more about selling his vitamins, and being right all the time. He has gotten to the point to where he dosen't care as much, and dosen't listen.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I had a hard time bearing the cologne they were wearing, it didn't smell very good at all. It wasn't the worst I've ever smelled, but it definitely wasn't the best. Unfortunately based on my experience I have to say I will never recommend them to anyone I know.

Dr. Friesen is a wonderful Doctor. He always takes time to listen to you, and spends as much time with you as you need. He's helped me more than any other doctor I have seen.
