I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. The doctor was somewhat unfriendly. I felt like I wasn't really welcome there. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone.







































































































i usually see dr thomas and most ofthe time hes geat,but when i started seeing him about my disability he refused to fillout my ssforms and if any of u r familair with ss the form your dr fills out holds a lot of weight when u actually go to court after u wait a couple of yearsto get a court date i asked him why an he said i just dont do that .i think he was afraid if i gt approved he wouldnt see me but to get my blood pressure meds.went in this morning an saw dr reed an the first thing he said was im not fefilling your pain meds before i ever said a word to him,i never asked him to refill them.then i asked if he could fill out my papers an he said no,i havent seen u but once,its like two different practices in one office they keep there own files on each pateint,any way dr thomas doesnt have to worry about getting paid by medicade or medicare if i get approved because i will be finding another practice

I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.
