I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.

Dr. Caudill was outstanding at setting me at ease.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
