They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say but and I was in a lot of pain before
and after my appointment. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. Since I went there with back pain and could barely walk upon entering they let my husband take care of all info at registration desk and they were quite pleasant and nice; however since I was in so much pain no one offered me a wheel chair to my room or back out the door. I only noticed there was a wheel chair available as I checked out. I literally hugged the walls on my way out and no one seemed to notice or care accept the lady a t he end of the line where I first noticed there was a wheel chair available. On a scale of 1 to 10, I was probably at least an 8. So here it is, if my husband has to fill out the papers b/c I am in too much pain why did no one offer me a wheel chair? On the plus side, I feel I was diagnosed properly but there but the compassion level was at at best a 1 from the staff but not necessarily from the PA but she should have let them know I needed a wheel chair to leave..

Not really. I usually have to remind them.
