I felt comfortable that their office equipment was in fairly good shape. It was nothing special, but it got the job done. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. I thought that the chairs they had in the waiting area were so-so. I didn't mind waiting but they weren't super luxurious. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. I have found others in his field of expertise to be much better as far as personality, cost, staff & knowledge.

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
