Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They had already reviewed my medical history before the appointment, and went over it with me in the exam room so as not to miss anything. They were extremely thorough and made sure not to miss one detail. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I consider this group my doctors! :)

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. Any wait was well worth it. I am happy I found this doctor. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

The office is located in a safe neighborhood. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. I had to wait over 1 hour after I arrived for one of my recent appointments , and close to 2 hours the next time for the follow up. I was very disappointed no one in the office noticed my the long wait. I had to bring it up to their attention, and even then, I wasn't ablet to speed up the process. I had to take time off work for the appointments so I couldn't wait any longer. I didn't get to see the doctor on the first try, so I had to reschedule - I am not able to take such a long time off work. I have not experienced these long wait at their office before. Not sure if they are double booking. Dr Chorness is a great doctor. I recommend her to everyone. I just hope this long wait problem is fixed soon or they may lose quite a few patients because of it.
