I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. She is by far the best OBGYN in the area!! She makes you feel like a person and not just a number on a chart!!

Dr. Rainwater is WONDERFUL and all of the nurses are great, the staff at the front desk, however, is completely rude and nearly impossible to deal with. I called to try to get an appointment as a new patient and the nurse blew me off and rushed me off the phone. After calling back and explaining SEVERAL times my reason for coming into the office (to get on birth control before my wedding) the nurse finally heard what I was saying and made me the appointment. Another time, I called to leave a message for Dr. Rainwater and the nurse would not take a message but told me to call back later, which would be when I was work and couldn't call again. The front desk staff almost makes it not worth going there at all, the only redeeming quality is how great Dr. Rainwater and her nurses are.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

They had some music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. It was pretty quiet. I've been places before where they were unprofessional, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
