I never waited less than an hour to get into the exam room, then waited again. Dr. was rude and had all of the answers even before asking any questions. She jumps to conclusions and would not listen to me when I had anything to say about my body and health.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay.

Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable.
