I was greeted by friendly staff on entering the building. I received friendly and courteous treatment while in the office. The office staff were professional and knowledgable. Dr Dacus has always taken time to make me feel comfortable while being treated and quizzed me about my general health as well as whatever I was there to see him about. There have been times he has recommended OTC medication rather than prescription when it would be as effective and less expensive. He prescribed the correct medication for my chronic acid reflux after several doctors over several years previously had not found the best treatment.

The only negative I have with the clinic is that it is sometimes difficult to get in contact with a real live person.
