Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. They were a little behind a few times for my appointments, but not too bad.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything.
