They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I went to this set of Dr.'s as a child and loved them! I've been bringing my kids here since the day they were born and still love it! Between the three of us we have over 45yrs experience with them and I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Dr. Beraha has been my children's pediatrician since day 1 and he is absolutely wonderful in every way. He is extremely knowledgeable with years of experience. He is not alarming, but acts immediately when he has concern, without causing you to become overly anxious about your sick child. His first concern when you go in was if you had questions or concerns. He has a wonderful relationship with the children of all ages. I would recommend Dr. Beraha highly to anyone, as well as the other doctors in the practice. All of the doctors in the practice that we have seen are just as great as he is! We are extremely pleased with our decision to have gone Anchor Pediatrics and Dr. Beraha.

Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything

Absolutely Not!
Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency?
Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.
Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit?
I felt extremely pressured
Did this provider use excessive foul language?
Definitely! I was shocked and horrified!

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
