They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

My name is Lauren, and I am Dr. Volpicelli's medical assistant. I am very sorry you had this experience during your time with us (and, yes, it is completely clear to me who you are). I do not wish to waste much time or energy on replying to someone who chose to bash a doctor that I have witnessed save lives, and create meaningful life long bonds with patients. That being said--I urge you, prospective patients, please call the office and speak to myself or Kris (who is lovely, inside and out) and make your own conclusions. I look forward to hearing from you.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there, but I don't blame them bc they're paid poorly, never on time and are treated VERY unfairly. Especially one really awesome therapist who knows more than the "doctor". the doc is obviously afraid and threatened by him. The doctor's wife is especially rude (and quite ugly and hunchback-like as well). She serves as a couselor there, which is illegal and strange considering how unfriendly she is. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The doctor also seems a bit like a pedophile. He claims to be "the best". Umm, not quite. Not AT ALL. He cannot travel far because he has his own issues, like being afraid to travel and talk to strangers. Yet he gives all this advice like he's the best. Oh, wait, I forgot! He is!<-- Please.. what a crock and a whack job doc. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND. The office was easy enough to find. It's just not worth finding.
