Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

I was satisfied with the results of the services I had but on one occasion was offended by the doctor's manner (cuts you off as soon as you say something) and his remarks which were attempts at being charming but were actually insulting. Another unpleasant experience was with one of the staff- (esthetician maybe?) who was uppity and had an off-putting demeanor. I'd rather spend a bit more money and be treated with respect somewhere else. Front office staff was nice though.

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.
