It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment. I wish that they had been more courteous and respectful. They used a bit too much foul language for my comfort.

Never, they are very reliable.

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
