I was uncomfortable with having my child get certain vaccinations, and when I told them I was uncomfortable, they said I couldn't leave unless my child got every vaccination. I couldn't believe how inconsiderate and harsh they were. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice.

Is this provider's business conveniently located?
Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
