We've been very satisfied overall. The doctors are good, they take time, and the nurse hotline (after-hours at CHOP) is terrific. Word of advice though is not to be a minute late. We arrived 9 min late for our wellbaby appt this morning, and they made us reschedule!! Completely empty waiting room, quiet office, yet they couldn't make an exception. I was extremely disappointed, as I had taken off from work for this appt.

Dr. Oehler has been our children's physician for over 7 years. She is really a great MD, makes our kids feel comfortable, and provides great service. Here's the basic stuff from the survey: I really love that they have plenty of doctors and nurse practitioners as back-up support for when the pediatrician is sick or unavailable. I feel a lot better knowing that someone will always be available when I need them. They've never used foul language. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've never seen client favoritism here.

No, but they're usually seen pretty quickly
