I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I wasn't very impressed for how recommended this practice came. I thankfully only set up an interview because Dr. Gordon didn't seem interested in my questions. I set up the appt and was told by the staff member I talked to on the phone that I "would love Dr Gordon so much" and my daughter could have her 18 month check-up immediately following the interview . I thought wow impressive...However, that was not the case! When I explained to the staff what I was told on the phone, they said I was mistaken...I said I asked the woman on the phone 3 times if she was sure...I'm a RN, which is why I asked when I set up the appt ... Can't trust a lying staff with my daughters' care! I left the office in tears and my daughter's 18 month check-up was delayed 5 more weeks which was the earliest I could get into my peds office.
I would NEVER treat my patients in this manner and I would never recommend this practice to anyone....I rather travel the 30 + minutes to our pediatrician.

Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around

Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

The doctors were nice and treated my child well. However, the staff members were not friendly and were not always responsive to their duties.

Their equipment here is safe, well taken care of, and also kid friendly. My child always seem comfortable in their care. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.
