Their waiting room is small and always packed. Their magazines are outdated and usually tore apart and the TV is never on. The doctor didn't seem at all concerned with my questions regarding my daughter. I will never return. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.

They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. The waiting room at this pediatrician's office had two separate areas, one for "sick" kids and one for "well" kids. This really gave me a peace of mind that my child wouldn't get sick. I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician, they were so kid friendly and made my child feel instantly comfortable. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

No, it was rather cramped
Does the pediatrician have other doctors or nurse practitioners that can provide care if the pediatrician is sick or unavailable?
Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support

Yes, they don't mind answering my questions
