They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Office staff is awful and uncaring. Aren't they working with children?

They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. One thing I like about them, is that they always have at least one doctor or nurse practitioner as back-up support for when the pediatrician gets sick or is unavailable. I know someone will always be able to take care of my child. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
