Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

Absolutely Not! He/She always looks like a slob.

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them. I would absolutely recommend them to my friends looking for a good pediatrician. They were fantastic with my kids.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs to how patient and kind they were to my child. They were just fantastic.
The waiting room had TV's, toys and magazines. It was pretty well-stocked and my child did not get bored. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
