After taking my copay, they spent 2 minutes with us, and said we needed to get some blood tests and mabye an X-ray and that we should leave and go to an ER. Let met explai n that this was not an emergency--they just wanted to close and go home. They were dismissive, uncaring, and my child deserves better--a lot better!

If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. I appreciated that they allowed me to accompany my child, and didn't make me wait in the waiting room. It's always made me nervous when I wasn't allowed to be with my child at other places. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible.
