The male doctor in the office is great! He is amazing with my child and always listens to our concerns. He is very knowledgable and kind. The woman doctor on the other hand, avoid at all costs!!! She misdiagnosed my daughter when she was a baby and almost cost my child her life. I wouldn't let her treat my dog.

The office was unsanitary, there was a used kleenex under the medical table, and I just did not have a good experience.

In my last visit i had appointment at 11.30am i was there15min before but till 12.00pm they didnot called us. Even they were not knowing which shot has to be given on that day, the nurse and other front desk ppls were discussing on that.. One more thing after the vaccine i told to the nurse that I want to talk to doctor for some skin infection for my baby as in my last visit doctor gave name of an ointment but it wasn't worked at all, but we got very bad reply from the nurse, she said we need to schedule one more appointment. After 10-15 min leaving us in the room she came and told doctor is very busy so you can wait in the waiting room with the baby who just got vaccine and who is crying a lot.. I have never ever seen such medical persons can treat you this way too..

Initial visit and first impression was terrible..When I entered the office there is a sign don't open the glass the staff will I thought that was odd..After standing there for quite a few minutes while the receptionist finished her personal convo with the other worker( could over hear was not work related) I could see why someone would open the glass. They acted like I was crazy when I handed them my debit card for co-pay b/c I should know they only take cash or check but I could run to the gas station down the street and w/d money after my appt..? They made absolutely no effort to decorate their examining rms. Im sorry to say I thought they were very dirty (maybe we've been spoiled at our previous pediatrician). There was gross residue on the wall behind the trash can and the fIoor had at least a few inches of dust where the panel connected to the sink cabinet in exam rm(this is an older office maybe hard to clean?). I spent a little too much time in the waiting room and kids were taken back before my sick child that arrived much later than us. When I asked for some additional details, the DR. ridiculed me in the utmost condescending way and acted like my questions where stupid and asked did I feel my child should be hospitalized? Well if my kid has been fighting a cold for a few wks and is running a temp with a green nose and with wicked cough, now I think its obvious she may need and antibiotic its probably bacteria lat this point and NOT viral. I couldn't believe how rude they were there. Mind you my wait was over 30mins, when Dr was evaluating my child I questioned the diagnosis and Dr told my I have other patients to see I can't stay in here and talk to you. Needless to say one visit was enough from me.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Definitely! They were some of the most child-friendly examining rooms I've ever seen
