I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The waiting rooms have TV's, a few toys, some children books and magazines. My children love to be read too, so they love to go through and pick out books to read. When we are called back to a room we can take the books along back as well. The staff are always friendly and do their best to always make the children feel as special as possible and I as a parent have always felt respected. The nurses and Doctors have always listened and have been sympathetic to my childrens situations and needs. I've never experienced the kindness and empathy shown there at any other pediatricians office.
