I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. The waiting room at this pediatrician's office had two separate areas, one for "sick" kids and one for "well" kids. This really gave me a peace of mind that my child wouldn't get sick.

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day?
Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
