The office staff answered most of my questions and helped me with other appts that I needed for the MRI and the pain management specialist. They returned my calls in a timely way. So, overall, Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like the doctor treated my physical needs without really finding out how my quality of life was being affected. When I asked to have a temporary handicapped car application signed, he did not do that even though I have trouble walking more than a block or two. He did not talk with me directly about this. I had to hear it from the staff person. I will definitely 'do my homework' when I go again and make sure my needs were met. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
