I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.

They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. This doctor has always treated me with respect, compassion and empathy. I hope he never retires!! I would be hard-pressed to find someone as good and competent as he is. His staff is wonderful as well and have always been professional. I can't say enough good things about this practice.
