They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They were late a few times to my appointments because they take emergency appointments to care for their patients, including me at times when I really needed to see them. The staff was knowledgeable of local testing facilities and specialists and the insurance requirements of each. They also work well with the drug stores. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. The office was very easy to locate.
