They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I am so excited and thankful with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I feel like the staff wants me to be well also and that no question is a dumb question. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and while I like Dr. Bower the best, I have seen the other doctors in the practice and would not hesitate to be cared for by any of them.

Douglas Bower made a racist comment. I felt really uncomfortable because I am supposed to be dealing with a doctor, not an ignorant.
