Th one bad thing about this office and I feel it is very important, is that they never answer their phone. If they have that many patients calling in to make appts. etc then they should get a better system of how to handle calls. I have been to many doctors and specialists and I have never had this much trouble. I am so frustrated that I have decided to terminate my connection with this office and go to another PCP.
I am writing this review on behalf of my parent and I agree with them. I have called numerous time for my parent when they could no longer stay on the line, or when they get through, the person speaks so softly my parent cannot hear them. So they have to hang up and call me at work to call for them. That is a missed call and another call to you. This does not make good personal people satisfaction.
