Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry

I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. the office staff is so mean, and they are chosen on a family basis, not a credential basis, so they are clueless. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. This person should not be a family practitioner. They are so rude and unfriendly-I will not be returning! M

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long
