Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I used to like Doc Lesseski. Now they sre rude and very unprofessional. It became really bad recently when Dr, Lesseski decided to stop accepting muy insurance. I figured that since he's been working with me towards surgery that I'd just pay for the office visits out of my own pocket. Who wants to start all over with a new doc right before something like that. The office staff calls me, to "remind" me of my appointment, and asks about my insurance. When I say that it hasn't changed, I'm told that they would go ahead and cancel my app, because he is no longer accepting that insurance. I said that no, It's fine I'll pay cash for the office visits. I'm than said no, it's illegal for him to see me that way when I have this INS. This is not true and rediculous. When I say that that's not true they say it's not personal. well it WASN'T personal until the lies. I've never had any real conflict with the office before. They have always been a little cold, but this is going a little far.
