They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I requested a specific medication and the office was not open to researching the medication I wanted and researched for myself. I am on it now from another doctor and I am doing great! LIsten to the patient, sometimes they know what their body requires and what they can handle if they did research.

Not really, it wasn't very clean

Not really. I usually have to wait a long time

No, no one seemed to notice I was there

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer.
