They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. Music playing in the waiting room was too loud.and did not make for a pleasing environment. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I had to wait a few months to get an appointment but I eventually got in. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
