Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

They overschedule and the wait time is outrageous. The staff behind the window are not personable at all. They yell out to people sitting across the crowded waiting room. Doctor is too rushed to give a hoot.

The staff is always pleasant and helpful. They help to get your appointment scheduled when it is convenient for you. The wait time is pretty good - sometimes they take you right away, other times you have to wait a short while, but never more than about 10 min. This physician is the most friendly, pleasant dermatologist I have ever seen. She listens carefully to what you have to say, she is empathetic with your condition, and she carefully explains her treatment and followup plan. Excellent physician
