Dr. Belenky is an interesting and pleasant professional. He would make a great dinner guest or friend. He treats my daughter for asthma and does so in a considerate, respectful manner. I never feel that we are being "talked down to" and all questions were answered in depth. The staff are always very considerate and professional and treat us as old friends. They all make us feel special.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
