I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I got a lot of questions answered during my visit. I was happy that they were able to give me all the information I needed. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort.
