I'd give them negtive stars if it were possible! Absolutely horrible experience with the office staff. Totally rude. Office manager Cindi does not follow through and when asked for the info she said she would provide she became dismissive and completely unhelpful. She literally did not have the time to finish a conversation before she hung up on me mid question. When I called back she was put out because she had to talk to me again. She should simply not tell clients that she will find info out for them if she has no intension of doing so. It's not hard to give a client contact info from the start and simply say here's what you need to find out about other costs involved- with the codes you need! Instead she had her extremely rude assistant Linda leave a voice mail telling me a price " and you need to pay that up front." It covered the doctors cost, not the proceedure. At no point were they helpful to find out what other costs were involved. They literally went out of their way to give me a hard time. I was totally shocked. When I called to cancel my surgery, because of the office treatment, Cindi literally said "Okay bye." I asked her if she even wanted to know why I was canceling and she said no. Explaining to her that being dismissive and rude is losing the doctor clients she said she couldn't make me happy. She totally doesn't get it. It has nothing to do with that- she has no regard or desire to listen or even answer a question. Apparently from the other reviews online it's an ongoing problem. I only wish I would have read them first before wasting my time with such rude people. Being in a Preferred Provider network they are suppsose to follow guidelines for what they charge. I found out paying them "up front" would have applied nothing to my deductible. They know this. It takes only a few minutes to check someone's insurance to see what is covered and what is not- I know this first hand. It's a shame because the doctor was very nice. If you want to be treated badly then go here.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They have really great customer service here. They put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
