They've never been critical of my appearance, and always work hard to make me feel supported and encouraged. I thought it was very kind and professional of them to offer consultations for free. I've hated it when other places have charged me a fortune just for the consultation, but they didn't do that here. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
