No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

I went in to see Dr Rosenbaum a couple of times prior to my surgery. He was factual and straight forward. He was also reccomended by at least 5 people in Portland...Including my brother in law who is a surgeon. The Dr was always punctual and polite. He put me at ease with his obvious knowledge of his subject matter. Other sites stated that he lacked a bedside manner. I completly disagree. The surgery went according to plan. The two lowest disks were operated on. On was extruded and one was herniated. I was walking around two days later and exercising within a few weeks. Now it is as if I never had the problem in the first place.
