Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. Not only were they unwilling to seek any sort of advice from anyone else when they didn't have an answer for me, they highly discouraged me from seeking anyone else's opinion. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. The staff made it completely obvious that they didn't respect Frederick Black, MD. It made me uncomfortable and I wasn't sure if I wanted to return.
